Almost one year ago, Israel endured the worst massacre of the Jewish people in a single day since the Holocaust. On a joyous holiday, Simchat Torah, when Israelis across the country were warm in their beds fast asleep, Hamas terrorists stormed the southern Gaza border and murdered 1200 innocent men, women, and children. Hundreds of people from more than a dozen nations were also kidnapped, and there are still 100 hostages being held by Hamas terrorists in Gaza today.
This is not just a Jewish or Israeli issue. It is a humanity issue.
The vicious and heartbreaking attack on October 7th has shaken Israel and the greater Jewish world to its core. And the way we begin to heal, is by standing united as one. Sponsored by JFGA and the Israeli Consulate of the Southeast.
