Religious School Snack Account

Healthy snack options are available for purchase during Religious School on Sundays and Tuesdays. Snacks cost 50¢ each. You are always welcome to pack a snack for your child or send in cash on a regular basis, but we also offer you the convenience of pre-paying for snacks. Please complete this form to register your family for the pre-paid snack program. This will allow your child(ren) to purchase snacks per your instructions without having to remember to bring in money. Your child(ren) will not be allowed to get snacks from the snack bar unless he/she has money with them or has set up a pre-paid account.

Please note, you may use this form to let us know that you do not want your child(ren) to purchase snacks at any time. Simply fill out the form below and select that option and we will not allow your child to make any purchases.
