In the City

Etz Chaim is proud to be a community partner with many of the Jewish organizations throughout the city of Atlanta. Some programs are held within our building, while many others are in collaboration with area synagogues and venues throughout the city.

Take a look at the programs below which Etz Chaim is involved:

As you're probably aware, Ashkenazi Jews are at 10 times greater risk for mutations in the BRCA genes that increase their risk for breast, ovarian, prostate and pancreatic cancers - even if they don't have personal or family histories of these cancers.

Emory University's JScreen program recently launched the PEACH BRCA Study that offers no cost at-home education, testing and genetic counseling services for Atlanta men and women with Ashkenazi background who do not have personal or family histories of these cancers.

Click here for study registration and please share the link https://jscreen.org/brca with your Atlanta friends.

For questions about the study, please contact Estie Rose or call

404-778-2080.
