Get Involved

While what we do benefits our synagogue community, what we are benefits you. Etz Chaim Sisterhood is proud of our cohesive and yet diverse group of women. Sisterhood provides opportunities for you to use your skills and gain new ones. Use your leadership skills to chair a committee, use your religious knowledge to participate in programs like Sisterhood Shabbat, use your organizational skills to plan events, attend our educational programs to expand your intellectual horizons, take advantage of our social events to have fun, meet new people, and make new friends.

Your Etz Chaim Sisterhood membership not only allows you to participate on a local level but also gives you membership on a national level to the Women's League for Conservative Judaism. Women's League, a national organization, gives every Conservative Jewish woman a voice and a vote as part of the network of Conservative Jewish women throughout North America.

If you are not already a member and are interested in becoming one, please contact one of our membership vice presidents:

Denise Tischler and Beth Levin
